Head stuff I’ve been dealing with has meant I’ve been WFH for a while.
One benefit has been that I’m able to get out for a run or walk if I start early & take a long lunch - Yay for daylight!
Today’s run - 5.5K while the rain stopped - has totally wiped me out & my legs have turned to jelly 🥵
