Mesa Prieta Petroglyphs is a 36-square-mile site with the highest concentration of petroglyphs in the state, estimated at around 100,000 images created over 9,500 years. The petroglyphs represent a wide range of cultural periods, from Archaic and Ancestral Pueblo to Spanish. Private tours available.
