Their reasoning was that as more people learned about concussions nobody would want to be involved anymore.

I don't want to minimize that particular issue, but it's such a massive misunderstanding of Americans and the economics of sports to think that prediction ever would or even could come true

Patriots aren't truly hateable at the moment, it would just be kinda lame since they've won a bunch lately. But even that's a step up

It doesn't even have to be the Bills/Lions dream matchup. I'll settle for Broncos/Seahawks or whatever. Just give us one where it can't possibly be gut-wrenching

Meanwhile, last night I was subjected to the 2009 Disney CGI animated Christmas Carol. Terrible. Hideous animation, bland musical score, tone all over the place. No idea why they though a physical comedian like Jim Carrey made sense for a nuanced voice acting role. Don't recommend this one at all

Revisiting a classic for the first time in a long time while visiting the in-laws: Mickey's Christmas Carol. Still holds up, although the short run time hurts it.

In typical Disney fashion, they lay it on thick- Scrooge is arguably a bigger piece of shit in this than any other rendition I've seen

It is a very sad and small life where you can't conceive that other people are different to you. It is also extremely unfortunate that people like this hold so much power.
