That Bisexual guy from YouTube that plays waaaaay to many video games.

Trans lives matter baby.

If my employer finds these posts objectionable maybe ask yourself if you're violating my weingarten rights.
Making money.

Ultimately the true believers are starting to realize that the grifter crowd has been lying to them, and probably contains more than a few of the pedophiles they're looking for.

It's a war between committed ideological fascists and the grifters who are cosplaying.

This has been a long time coming but the true believers that comprise Trump's base want to expunge pedophiles from public life.

A large number of the cosplayers, including Trump himself, would like to just keep

While Americans generally have a positive association with Lincoln, it's important to remember that he was a Republican. The GOP want to own that.

It's also important to remember that Lincoln engaged in a campaign of genocide against the Dakota during the civil war. Including a starvation campaign.

Agree. My audience overlap between social media platforms is fairly small.

Maybe 2% of my followers on here follow my YouTube, but the analytics on bluesky don't give me enough info to tell how many people have followed from my links on YT.

Aside from a few folks in dms that have told me so.

I think you could make a fair argument that Grant and Hayes were more corrupt by today's standards but they also gave a shit about running the country. I'm not sure trump cares about anything other than lining his pockets.

Tbh this is the energy I need to employ. I'm practically destroying myself to keep my career going.

Yeah the media sharing aspec of blue sky isn't as robust as it probably should be.

I get bandwidth and server space is expensive but they're also directly competing with platforms that do a pretty good job at video sharing.

Yeah I was going to say, I've yet to meet anybody who's completely blazed that becomes a total asshole. Except maybe when it comes to cheetos.

I would be drawn to this cover but I don't think most people would be.

Wait...they gave Machado a peace prize? I'm starting to think the committee needs to pick their nominees better. They really should avoid politicians.
November 29, 2025 at 10:51 PM
Correct. There's always at least:

1. Dog with special medical needs

2. Dog that is 2 years old, exuberant but well adjusted

3. An older dog who was brutally abused by many people until the tgirl polycule taught her to love again.

I'd like MS better if every computer lubed me up with snake oil at login.

Sadly copilot doesn't even offer Vaseline.
November 28, 2025 at 7:44 PM
I feel like you might have a financial interest in trying to get people to subscribe to the onion.

Either that or this is next level pear-pilling.

And those people are overwhelmingly opposed to the genocide in Gaza.

Iirc +60% of the democratic rank and file is opposed to the genocide.

Clinging to a pro-israel position was just bad electoral strategy. It's not the only reason the Harris campaign lost, but it is an important one.
November 28, 2025 at 1:12 AM
I disagree. All electoral politics in FPTP voting systems is strategic.

To that end what I'm trying to get at is that Gaza alienated the people the party relies on to mobilize voters.

Progressive orgs tend to do most of the boots on the ground part of electoral politics for the Dems,

Yeah I was mildly disappointed with Arch's reputation being so hard when really it's just "know what packages you want and read a wiki".

On the plus side you can build very bespoke configurations with it. My gaming PC pretty much only has what it needs for a gui and launching software.

Yeah I guess in like, 2026 apt will have some core rust dependencies.

Idk I'm not on the debian mailing list or involved to much in that distro, so I couldn't say for sure what parts of apt will require rust.

My german ancestors fled religious persecution and violence only to turn around and visit that same violence on the Kalapuya in order to steal their land.

This "holiday" is fucked.
November 27, 2025 at 5:52 PM
Been nonstop finger pointing.

If the democratic party is to be effective electorally, they need to:

1. Allow those not committed to the neoliberal project to exercise some power in the party.

2. Hold an actual policy position on something other than being pro-business.
November 27, 2025 at 4:19 PM
2. Blame vital democratic allies (the left, Muslims, DSA, unions)

Neither of these approaches are helpful because they leave no room for introspection or improvement.

Democrats lost in 2024 for many reasons, but instead of re-evaluation of an failing electoral strategy or organizing model it's
