Si que hay un costo físico. Dado que la energía usada es básicamente la que se posee en el cuerpo, que tanto se puede usar depende de las reservas naturales del dragón, sea hechicero o no. Un uso excesivo de magia/energía causa agotamiento y, en casos severos, puede llevar a la muerte

Depende de quien sea ese alguien pero, por regla general, intentaría asustarlo al punto que confiese para salvarse.
Y le funcionaria. Cuando se pone serio (que es casi siempre) te mira como si se planteara asesinarte para quitarte de en medio, y sus ojos dan miedo/inquietan mucho
