Russians have been scared for sometime. Now they are terrified. Putin asked for it and he’s getting it!
During WW2, the British tried to blow up the Tirpitz with a mini submarine, and failed. Doing what Ukraine just pulled off, blowing up a Russian submarine in its harbour with a submersible drone, is an incredibly difficult thing to do. That they managed to do it should really scare the Russians.
