If even a dog fell ill, it must be bad. Dogs notoriously eat even the most disgusting things. Mine survived toxic lilies and drinking paintbrush water.

I did recently eat an entire bag of spinach, on its own, because it would have gone off otherwise and there was no way I was going to waste spinach.

I would accept a cup of coffee and fall asleep within 20 minutes.

It really is. Lots of new apartments up on the cliffs, but the town has remained virtually unchanged in the past 20 odd years.

Also, as I’m sure you know, when the tide turns it comes in at a heck of a pace. People often get caught out by it. Beautiful today. Lots of dogs and kids. There were even people on horses. It’s one of my favourite beaches.
