You know it's spring when South East Queensland gets hammered with 10cm hail stones. I considered moving to Maleny the hinterland before settling on SA. Glad I didn't now.

The beach volleyball world championships are on in the city. Just flicked on the live coverage of centre court and the stands are empty! No one there, embarrassing....

Just made a meatloaf for dinner. I'm a traditionalist and put boiled eggs down the centre. Ages ago, on a whim, I bought an egg pricker in a $2 shop. Used it for the first time today and I've never deshelled a boiled egg easier in my life! Game changer, get one!

Been up for a few hours. Made a second coffee so now I'm doing pussy tetris to get all four settled on my knee again. Harry has to be closest and touching skin, he doesn't make it easy!
