Thunderstorm! Rarity around here, I really miss the storms that arrive at 4pm most days in Sydney during summer. Got 4 cats on the sofa and waiting for the inevitable power cut.

Now the weather is warming up a bit I decided to give the kids their flea treatments this afternoon Bloody Meaghan immediately high tailed it on top of the linen cupboard to avoid the indignity of a greasy spot between her shoulder blades.The boys are like'meh, whatever'.Got madam in the end though!

Thought dinner would be blah, defrosted the wrong mince, fresh chillies in chiller gone rotten, no passata.

Made pork chilli with fermented Korean chillies and tomato paste. Sensational, will definitely do again. Happy accident!
