I see Netflix have adapted Denis Johnson's Train Dreams. I remember this as a brisk picaresque western with one unbelievably sad scene that stayed with me for a week.

I can't see the exact quality of the materials or workmanship, but this looks like a vast improvement.
Got to admit I'm put off buying this new Hellboy series because I hate the way they're coloured. I really dislike gradient colours on layers above the line art, and I can't stand "Color hold" the technique of changing the colour of the lines. This is the colourist equivalent of a drum solo.
