Special shoutout to @parkingreform.org who were with us every step of the way, starting with out cold email asking them to help us map all the parking in every town center in the entire state. That map made a difference

All I see from you on housing is contrarian bullshit. Do you have anything you’re actually trying to convey here? Problems? Solutions? Or is this just all part of a bit?

There’s a good middle ground. Larger multi-member districts elected isn’t a proportional voting technique (like single-transferable vote)

My understanding has always been that we only actually have a small fraction of the potential threats identified. The sky is very very big and there are places we don’t watch and parts we can’t see.

As a science journo, who has told you that an asteroid would never be a surprise?

Kinda like Waymo scaremongering while ignoring all the human driven carnage.

If I had my way, individual ownership of fully autonomous vehicles would be illegal (or at least practically impossible due to permits and insurance). I think this is an attainable policy and would be much more worth pursuing than the doomerism.

I’m sick and really tired of singling out shared mobility for extra fees. TAX ALL DRIVING OUT OF EXISTENCE OR BUST.

All Ryan has to do is apologize. Has he said he misspoke yet?

I agree with that.
