It's under control at present. Still clear of cancer & bloods/organs keep improving every 6 months according to my oncologist so by end of Sept 2027 I should be all ok. I have lost 22kg since chemo ended which has helped & being about 74kg, the menu planning/food choices/routine are all helping

Thank you Lisa😊 It wasn't easy but it had to be done so I picked my 40th to do it, a date I'll remember. I'm so sorry Lisa😞 Smoking is why I had bowel cancer at 50 & have a black spot in my right lung that's being monitored. Oncologist unsure if it's previous pneumonia damage or smoking related

Cheers Myles😊 It sure does but things like cancer caught up with me, constant throat itches, lungs like a 76yr old but can smell/taste better & am a lot more fit & better off in the back pocket
