So proud of my daughter😊 It was her graduation dinner last night at a fancy restaurant (no, not my restaurant😂). She's come through the other side & grown into a wonderful caring young lady. Only one more graduation on Thursday & year 12 is done. Thank you Alesco for helping her the last 4 years😀

10k in under an hour. Another goal reached 😀 Quick peak at the scales after a shower, 73.8kg. Keeping within my 74-75kg goal range. It's all about maintenance now my routine is solid😎 Size 32" pants slide off me😬 I may need to go to 30" I think. That's from a 38-40" since Feb 2025😱

Was pretty yum. Not making the kebab as a sausage it's missing that caramelization plus I had no continental parsley. Surprisingly it actually worked all together with what I added. I did have a 2nd one with sriracha mayo

Slight change to the beef mince kebabs. Usually make 6 & they disappear. If I make my spicy beef taco mince there's always leftover for another 2 people for 4 wholemeal wraps. Perfect for Tuesday when kiddo has her afternoon/evening outing.
So tonight I'm making kebabs as loose mince & mint yoghurt

Couple of hours & done & back lawn cleanup. 95% of it chipped/mulched & around the 2 dawson river bottlebrushes & lime tree. Rest of it logged for winter fire pit

No 10k 🚶🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️ today so instead l'm lugging some large lily pilly branches out the back, cutting them up with the chainsaw then putting what I can through the woodchipper/mulcher, some logs aside to dry for the outdoor winter fire pit & the rest in the green lid bin in 35°C heat & 50k/ph northwest winds🙃

Trying to work out where 22kg has gone & where does it go? Does it just get eaten up or something? Or have I voodoo'd it to someone?😂 Cause you'd think fat is hard to get rid of. Not really. Routine, menu planning, diet & dedication😊 From 96kg July 2024 to 74kg November 2025😊 I feel great!😀

Smashed baked potato with Portuguese spices, melted cheese, diced crispy bacon, sour cream, chopped shallots was pretty good. Cardiologist wouldn't be too happy so it's not a regular thing even though less fat options were used, same as the ranch dill dressing, low fat ingredients 😉

Successful again😊 Can't beat this for a feed. Wouldn't mind 10 nice sized whiting fillets & have them instead of chicken tenders🤤 I so have to get 🎣 again. Taylors Beach is calling but sand & neuropathy feet is no good for me😞 Maybe a run up to Karuah to the co-op will do in the new year

Wholemeal cheese & garlic wraps with parmesan oregano crumbed 🐔 tenders & 🥗 tonight. No oil needed for the tenders as they're oven baked, 15min each side, 180°C ff. Easy one

Awful stuff. Wouldn't recommend oven roasted smashed potatoes with melted tasty cheese, parmesan cheese, fresh thyme leaves, sour cream & shallots at all. Better give them all to me

1h17m😱 Last week 1h6-8m but longer this morning, hmmm. 166bpm a bit high too & not around the 150-155bpm for vigorous/peak. Maybe my sleep/daily readiness is the cause but sleep score 80🙃. Oh well, shower, cup of tea & crumble/yoghurt is needed, recharge. Enjoy your Monday😊

Done. Minimal cracking (cracks more if adding buckwheat to the crumble). Cool, cling film & put in the fridge. Easy, fast breakfast during the week😊

No lawns & gardens today as they don't need it so I went & did 10k instead on weigh in day

74.4kg, 1.4kg less than last week & within my goal range of 74kg-75kg😎

1hr 19min this morning. A bit slower than 1hr 6min during last week but I'm sure I'll pick up the peak/vigorous pace from tomorrow 😎
