This is a must read. Unfortunately, the people who need to read it (the "we're okay with 'legal immigration', we just want them to deport the criminals." and the "they just need to come in 'the right way'" people) won't see it

This DHS memorandum says that the DHS General Counsel's office has adopted a new position that the Fourth Amendment allows entry into the home to make an arrest just based on an administrative warrant.
