>go to download Windows 11
>don't have a flash drive ready
>choose DVD option
>image is over the usual 4GB that DVDs have

My Red Dead streams but you take a shot every time I tweak the graphics settings (liver failure speedrun)
Turns out it's just an issue with the game engine or something, according to a cursory glance at Reddit & Steam forums on it, and changing from Vulkan to DX12 didn't work
