zohran is far closer to elizabeth warren in intelligence level and policy acumen than he is to bernie sanders, who is a dithering idiot when it comes to actual policy/implementation
Zohran, being an intelligent social democrat, understands that there's a difference between good regulation and bad regulation.
Honestly it's funny that he is *quite literally* saying "deregulate and reduce the burden of taxation on business to create jobs" and nobody on the left will criticise him. Good.

The most gracious scenario is that their hubris convinced them that Hillary couldn’t lose so they decided to treat her with 10,000x more scrutiny than the Republican nominee, to get a head start on “holding her administration accountable” or whatever.

i'm not sure House Republicans are stupid enough to mass resign before the midterms, but a high number of them not seeking reelection doesn't help anything either - Trump isn't off the picture yet and he has a good batting average in House primaries
