I agree with this. The only thing I don’t like is when guys get a *little* too in the face of the female refs in a way that doesn’t feel like they’d do with a male ref. I doubt they realize they’re doing it. But as a woman I do.
Equality is treating everyone equally.
If someone is doing their job incorrectly, their gender shouldn’t stop you from calling them out.
