Education needs to be improved aggressively to break the control the elite want over uneducated masses, and higher education must be available to all.

Recalling my trip last year from here to Boise. One hell of a drive and one I'd do again if not for the border now. I was surprised the mountains around Seattle don't go on for that long before you hit the igneous province. And just how large said province is.
