Had the pleasure of doing the cover art for Kai Tave's new Lancer release. If you want to know what's kind of my platonic aesthetic for mecha, you're looking at it. Had fun designing the kind of generic grunt you could imagine beating up Everests for their lunch money, wish I got to do it more.

Removing your head and neck, and then replacing them with a gigantic armoured radome, will free you of those pesky critical hits.
Not sure why I put a clavicle mounted sensor array in there given that my mechs, by-and-large, never seem to have eyes.
