I've heard traffic reporters on the radio say that sometimes, but most of the time they call it "the Drive" if they abbreviate it. I've heard them call it "DuSable Lake Shore Drive" often, which is a shortening of the full name (since 2021), Jean Baptiste Pointe du Sable Lake Shore Drive.
