Saying there must be trials isn't just an emotive aspiration.
Congress can:
- Create a new court (complying w/ 6A jury vicinage)
- Give it jurisdiction over defined category of crimes
- Also create dedicated prosecutors for the same
- Strip SCOTUS of appellate jurisdiction
It can be done.

Minnesota National Guard members have arrived at a federal building and were directed to distribute donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate to anti-ICE protesters. Guard members were issued reflective vests so they would not be mistaken for federal agents.

Okay, this is obvious and all, and I've known it for a bit, but ICE are nothing but a bunch of murderous racist thugs. It's cold comfort and it's no guarantee there'll ever be justice, but murder has no statute of limitations.

This is a very concrete example of how academic freedom is under assault in order to oppose the rights, or even mere recognition, of trans people. If you're able, I'd appreciate signing - it's a small act, but the more signatures, the more likely the petition will result in a meaningful response.
