Just because there is no requirement to test for covid to call in sick if you have covid, doesn't means its no longer highly contagious and that you should be encouraging your people to come to work if they're "well enough to work"

As a late diagnosed ADHD woman who is also going through perimenopause, I often feel like a Great Derpy Dingdong. Especially at work.
Today is a good day though. The heavy blanket that usually enfolds my brain seems to have lifted a corner today and its letting in some cool, fresh air.

Its that time of year again where I have to tell my bosses how I'm doing at my job, taking time out from actually doing my job. Its the only part of my current job that I hate.

I had a bowl of chips and a bowl of dip. The empty bowl of dip is on my desk and the chip bowl is nowhere to be found... I haven't moved from this spot, that I can recall. Which leads me to believe that I ate it. That's clearly the most logical deduction.

I've found that when everything is going right in my world & I'm also not in the luteal phase of my cycle, 10mg of Vyvanse & a couple big cups of coffee during the day are my sweetspot
