Probably. But also I don’t think shutdown vs. not shutdown will ultimately make a huge difference.

Tbf King was one of the handful never on board from the beginning but yes.

I enjoyed the first couple of episodes of that more than anything in a while. It is both breezy to watch and extremely disquieting.

I dunno a bunch of them were out there saying “the shutdown wasn’t working”

I mean, it’s 100% part of them caving.

I mean the air travel impacts a lot more than then and donor but yeah.

Probably the shutdown ends as a political positive for Dems who managed to tank trumps approval even more and make healthcare a relevant talking point. But also they didn’t accomplish much of anything substantive.

So, like, could’ve been worse I guess, but what was the point.
