I think it's bigger than you think tbh. I've been gaming on PC for 15+ years and wouldn't dare assemble a PC without the supervision of my PC-guy-friend.

Idk. Big difference would be how many games the average steam machine buyer already has access to (likely a whole bunch) plus what money can buy game-wise on each system (many more on steam vs on ps5). Plus there's more games on steam that aren't on ps5 than vice versa.
