As an American, I am particularly mad that we have no mechanism for recalling the entire government rn. Like we should be able to toss literally everyone out and that use a snap election spare the handful that aren’t monsters.

It will never not annoy me that to plug something into a USB port, you must first fail to do it on one side and then fail to do it on the other before it will work on the original side.

I know this is pedantic, but Kim Davis was not "jailed for refusing to issue same-sex marriage licenses." She was jailed for contempt of court because she refused to follow a court order (she had stopped issuing all marriage licenses). NYT makes it sound like the Woke Police broke down her door.

Anyone in NYC preparing for the ICE invasion would do well defending their community by taking a short trip to DiSO’s. They have a food truck in midtown and I advise loading up something with lots of peppers and horseradish.
