The war-demons are the last vestiges of a long-forgotten age, one otherwise consigned to the nightmares of mortals. Both vain and cruel, they take great pride in their horrific corporeal forms.

A reference sheet depicting a fantasy monster character. They are a massive, heavily built creature vaguely resembling a toad, with large brutish limbs and splayed digits on their hands and feet. Their eyeless head is comprised of a large armored set of jaws hiding another set of fanged pharyngeal jaws; from this second set of jaws emerges a protrusion which takes on the visage of a fair-haired humanoid head and torso. The back of their head is dominated by a second, massive maw, out of which a long tongue extends. Their head and shoulders are covered by a mound of slimy, amorphous flesh.
