In astrology and the broader african and middle eastern cosmologies, there are things which nourish your soul and the souls of your ancestors. There are also things which harm it. That skating journal was nourishing. It meant something to you. And what matters to you matters.
Last year I really thought I was doing something when I started my skating journey lol. It really felt like I was healing and “getting better“ but I don’t know if I can heal from the life I have lived and continue to live if I continue to live with this loneliness and social isolation.
