At the DMV today (license renewal) there was that One Person With The Giant Envelope at the "reception" windows that was interested in learning all there was to know about her personal transaction and how the situation was going to affect her and every family member for the next three generations. 😑

However, conveniently enough, I have to work tomorrow BECAUSE IT'S THE HOLIDAY WEEK and, as a driver, making phone calls is not convenient.

My new brokerage has 24/7/365 domestic phone support, and the person who answered was extremely apologetic that even SHE did not have the information, and the department that DOES is only in during weekdays.
Normally this wouldn't be a problem because I have Mondays off & could call tmw AM. 2/4
