Move away from any US dependency: migrate your IT systems to linux and dump Windows OS.
Build european fabs and produce ARM processors, memory, chips, storage.
As soon as possible!
Defense: stop F-35 orders. Re-route all the money into local defense industrial production.
Build nukes!
