A dear friend just messaged me he'd just had a minor Heart Attack. Dude's same age as me (41)! Needless to say, along with my own health hijinks at the start of the year, I think next year is going to be a more health focused regime.

Once I stayed up all night drawing actual illustrations for a spot that ran nationally on short notice and I would like to tell the people who “hardly slept” because they were “writing prompts” that they are soft pathetic babies who can go to baby hell.
