One might be tempted to add more Solari characters with Solar powers, cause Magic Sun Powers are cool as heck!
However, the entire story of this area of the world is based around a fact - that Rakkor do not have magic powers. They only have Relic Weapons of their ancestors. This is REALLY important

Since IoW is on northern hemisphere, it means Targon also needs to be north of the equator in order for solari side of the mountain (southern, since it's facing away from IoW) to be lit.

So based on this piece of information from Journal of Justice, I figured the event must have taken place on the side of Mount Targon facing away from Institute of War. Solari organized event, they would prefer to be on the sunny side of the mountain.

One of the symbols of Targon comic is Leona's buckler from childhood, with a gifted red stripe tied to its handle.
Not only does the wooden shield carry a clear meaning, it's an item that plays an important role in the story more than once!

This promotional art (WIP) is all in circles both because of celestial bodies that these people use as justification for their actions, and to represent cycles when it gets animated and goes into rotation. The order is important and tells a mini story!

Honestly, I'm glad to see Summoners still present in one form or another, despite being "non-canon" for like 10 years, they're so iconic to the franchise that they still appear in some way.

In Targon comic, this is the first (and only, before Leona) Chosen of the Sun. He was a regular but successful Rakkor warrior who was one day granted magical powers by the Sun when his people prayed intensely to the celestial body during a prolonged period of strife.

Regarding Leona's armour:
Definitely would have winged pauldrons and not besagews for armpit protection because besagews pull too much towards medieval feeling, and her armour is supposed to be what Rakkor (inspired by ancient Greece) reverse-engineered and modified from Demacian and Noxian armours

I've already returned more than a couple of times to different pages or frames to update and improve them. Most of the time I rush pages faster than I theoretically should, because there's a lot to do and not enough time. #TargonComic
