I feel like so many casual magic the gathering players don’t want to give standard a chance because they see the first graph and not the second. I think that casual observers believe that there has been this Izzet dominance that’s ran from Cori-steel cutter to vivi to lessons

I really like how this is a demon for the unholy annex decks though, most of the decks don’t struggle for mana
Yeah, before th event end I tested this card in merfolk....and now looking at other kindred shenanigans you can do in standard....don't sleep on core...core might be very good.
Not going to lie...did not realize how good the core was for my Ur-Dragon Changeling deck but the more I think about it...it's pretty silly. Here is one example.
