Hey, @chrislepkowski.bsky.social I keep hearing that our PSR position gets better this summer (from you and Adrian and also Chris Hall over at AA). How does that work when the oldest of the 3 years to drop off the rolling 3 year cycle is the only profit?

My issue with the AI music debate is that no songwriter emerges from a vacuum, fully formed.
Everyone is “trained” on other artists work. It’s a natural part of them becoming who they are.
Does that mean that say Ed Sheeran has to pay the Beatles because he listened to their music growing up?
