I saw footage recently of the beginning where you first walk out into this open greenery. Looked gorgeous but I’m still on the fence.

Interesting, I’ve been experiencing similar issues on PS5 anytime teams decide to all use their ults at the same time haha

Oh yea that’s definitely a great idea. Add some atmospheric and point lights in your favorite engine and the baked light will be even less noticeable.

I should take note and try to scan under overcast more often

There are some new ways to have dynamic splats reactive light if you pull them into unreal!

Also, I’ve used them to build AR experiences and because they’re somewhat transparent, often audiences give the note that they love how the real world “leaks” through, giving the illusion of lighting it
