Since we moved to our new home in July, we missed the after-school deadline. My 10yo is easy—it’s my 4yo son who really needs the care. Next year can’t come fast enough.

Broke my left wrist at the end of September—it’s now Dec 1st and the pain is still unreal. Cast is off but the throb hasn't gone. Writing hurts every time, but I refuse to stop.

Definitely. We got a silver lab & she’s still a puppy & already huge. Not used to big dogs since my last 2 were small dogs that's why they lived as long as they did.
Labs have so much energy. It is a big adjustment having 2 senior dogs (both 18) that we had to put down to having a big puppy.

Needed to get out of my head today. Having to put down my 18 yr old dog has hit me harder than I expected. Finally got back out there—walked 3 miles after months of not moving like I used to. Sometimes you just need a walk & let nature do what it does for your mental health. 🌿

Long travel day. Delayed flight from Hawaii. We landed in San Diego at 2 a.m. before catching a 6 a.m. connecting flight. No one has slept. My 4-year-old finally passed out.
