Going to visit my grandmother today
She's staying a little longer before starting on physical therapy. She's still doing really well rn :)

My grandma finished her entire breakfast! Which is big because she had been expressing a desire not to eat
She's also doing well enough that they're going to release her after another day of observation

This month has not been productive, but it doesn't feel like I hit a wall either. Things have just been slow and I think I needed the rest

They were a hellish few months tho
*BUT* I made amazing progress on my self-care goal
Improved diet, sleep schedule, hobbies, more time outside, stopped ruminating, improved boundaries further, excerising/stretching more, etc...
Going to try to use this month to refocus 💪😤
