Thanksgiving ended with a good set of birthday presents for the wife and Secundus wanting to wrestle for 20 minutes. Happy to report I can still take on a spindly 13-year old in a manner where neither of us got hurt.

Content update: Uncle has been totally fine so far. Legit think he’s happy to have folks to spend Thanksgiving with. This is the best case.
I did however just torture him a little by switching over from football to Europa League soccer and then explaining in detail why I’m a Forest fan. #NFFC

Found out from my mom today that my trump-humper uncle is making a surprise appearance at Thanksgiving dinner, which is terrible news, but great for content.

When I was between jobs and doing improv I took a one night gig to go from bar to bar promotion a “Black-Out Wednesday.” I was dressed as a turkey.
My assigned pilgrim was a stand-up comic who was a year or two from hitting Hollywood and doing stand-up on Craig Ferguson’s show. She was super nice.

It’s cake making day! The one cake that I bake specifically for my wife. Remembered to make it at 8pm this year. Getting smarter in my old age.

Entire weekend’s plans were already rent asunder at 2am last night when Kid Prime met me as I was heading to bed to let me know they had just puked and it turns out they would keep right on puking through now.
