Small companies can't even export to Ireland because of your Brexit restrictions you stupid bint.

What the hell are we supposed to do with a loan from Lloyds?

I know what you mean, it looks too perfect.
However, it is real

They have whole road structures just for bikes with no cars.

I am sorry to hear you have / had shingles
I hope it gets better soon.
I have / do have (?) (not sure if it ever goes) and found it very odd indeed.

Well argued by Zack and good use of buzzwords.

1% is not a reason for anyone to move country.
That is nonsense.
Life is more complicated than this.

1% would be a reason for starting a company in say London instead of Glasgow if someone lived in both places but not moving, that would be crazy.

Yes. 🤗

I have changed my mind today, which is how we learn.

I learn by being 'wrong' about something, listening and changing my mind when further information becomes available from others.

Thank you 👍

I only learnt that Scotland only has jury trials for the most serious offences today and I live here in Scotland. 🙃😂

It is really useful reading how other european countries do trials.
I think England could learn alot from the Germans and others.
November 26, 2025 at 9:26 AM
The current jury system in *England* is the basis of *England and Wales* Parliamentary democracy.

Scotland only has jury trials for the most serious offences.

I am leaning towards the Scottish and european system having changed my mind.

Good argument
November 26, 2025 at 5:37 AM
The Greens either engage and fight on policy

or

Refuse to engage and fight on ignoring the experts along with fighting on policy.

What you can’t do though is blame others for refusing to engage.

Your choice

Economists are worried about the economy. Period.
Look at what happened to Liz Truss
November 25, 2025 at 10:56 AM
Yes it will
The economists will be worried about not being able to pay debts.

Taxing the rich is a political argument.
The Greens are about wealth distrubution, which is a political argument.

The fascists were going to cut taxes by *lots* but now aren't in order to please the economists.
November 25, 2025 at 10:53 AM
A "social and economic justice movement" can still choose to take money from one group and give to another via taxes for example or legislation.

If you choose to do so, it is up to you.

However, they can choose to do so without giving the facists an easy win.
November 25, 2025 at 10:42 AM
It quotes two economic sources, "French" and "IFS".

So, the Greens copy what Reform did and engage with the sources referenced

They will probably say something like:
"you can't do that because your sums don't add up"

In which case, the Greens will tax the rich more to make them add up. 😁

Easy. 👍
November 25, 2025 at 10:38 AM
The economists are making themselves available for the fascisms isn't "backing" them.

The Greens need to do the same.

Nobody will be telling the Greens that they can't tax the rich but they do need to engage so as to not give the fascists an advantage.
November 25, 2025 at 10:33 AM
The Greens need to not give the fascists an easy advantage and engage with the economists.

The response of 'be more like Japan' wasn't really the response bond holders were looking for when Japan pays a lower interest than the UK.

Not short term memories but logic
There is a lot wrong with Sunak and he was useless

However, this Labour govt is also useless and..

The racism / 'Stop the Boats' obsession is worse

Same refusal to investigate Russian influence in the UK

Economy is worse

Brexit is the same
November 25, 2025 at 6:43 AM
I've just been arguing with a remain supporter who did a lot of 'No Brexit' preparation work but now votes Labour for more of the same and thinks NATO is best for european defence.

It isn't just about how people voted in 2016 but really the English just being stuck.
