Not sure shouting "Bernard Manning" like a closing time drunk will help much here.
Three more British MEPs in Nigel Farage’s bloc now alleged to have “followed the script” given to Nathan Gill by an alleged Russian asset, according to prosecutors.

Playing the "Good/bad migrant line helps spread further division and racism.

As @migrantvoice.bsky.social points out in this piece "People do not check what job someone has, or how they arrived, before attacking them".

Labour knows this and just carries on.

Anyone of a similar age to Farage will know that antisemitic remarks played no part in 1970s banter.
Nazis were universally hated. Farages abusive behaviour would have made a strong impression. I have no doubt that Farage’s classmates remember him perfectly.

It may have been a different time but the black and white minstrels was still wrong and unacceptable.

The behaviour from Farage towards his fellow pupils was also wrong and unacceptable.

The BBC should take him at his word & stop going to him/Reform for comment.

Doesn't say much for their diplomatic instincts that this came 12 months too late to make a difference to negotiations. www.politico.eu/article/brex...

I just can't get over the fact that the guy who gave this quote is 45. It would be embarrassing for all involved if this quote came from the *current* under-14 chess champion, but from an adult...I worry I've ruptured something from cringing so hard.
Truly shocking that Rachel Reeves had the audacity to call herself the U14 girls chess champions when she won the U14 girls chess championship but some bloke thought she was talking about something else.
