Whoa - WinCo Foods here in Apple Valley, CA is selling piñatas!

This doesn't surprise me. Nor does Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, billionaire owner of the Los Angeles Times and San Diego Union-Tribune, abruptly starting to grovel for Orange Shitler's favor, not to mention spreading lies about the wildfires.

I expected this. I will manage. I will fight.

I live in San Bernardino County, CA, just east of Los Angeles, and I want to know how and where to volunteer to help wildfire victims. Thanks in advance.

Soooo many new followers... I feel like I should post something profound... but I can't come up with anything.

Instead, I'll reach out to my SoCal neighbors affected by the wildfires. I'm not sure exactly how much I can do to help you, but whatever I CAN do, I'm happy to do it.

Thanks to whoever went to the trouble of morphing me into a dromedary so I could finally fulfill my potential as "Mar🐫".

The next few weeks will be interesting. I need a lot more work than I currently have. Still working on bringing in new clients, but this year's been tough; I am glad it's over, despite knowing that certain aspects of 2025 will suck.

My brother's passing was the worst thing that happened this year.

Oh, please do. I would watch. It would be the first time I ever watched a Presidential inauguration.

I just renewed my Apple Developer membership for another year, and Apple... I'd really, REALLY like you to permanently decide whether or not to charge sales tax, because your decision seems to change practically every other year.

Perhaps I've misunderstood all along and WaPo ownership views "Democracy dies in darkness" as aspirational.🤔

Facebook is great at regurgitating things I've already seen. Sometimes it's just annoying. Other times, as with the FB group where members discuss traffic issues on I-15 in the Cajon Pass, it's 100% counterproductive (no one cares about freeway congestion from three days in the past).
I come to Bluesky to find out what happened 3 minutes ago. I go to a Meta platform to find out what happened 3 days ago.

I heard this is a good place to talk about taxing the rich, breaking up big tech, and ending Washington corruption.

Dems/media condemning Joe for pardoning Hunter right after a psycho who has spent 4 years ranting that he was going to go after him is the most toxic kind of phony virtue signaling imaginable. Don’t forget to pat yourselves on the back from your perches on the moral high ground.

"kakistocracy", noun.

Definition: government by the least suitable or competent citizens of a state.

Big five-dollar word. It's alright, but I propose that we use the word "crappystocracy" instead.

15 Democratic Representatives voted for a bill that gives new authoritarian power to the president to remove non-profit status from any organization that opposes them, effectively destroying the non-profit.
