Thankfully NO dog bites. However, I did badly bruise my left shin and suffered some scrapes, too. Things have healed, but there's still a bit of swelling. #RunChat

I heard SO much working in run specialty about brand X, Y, or Z being the best. I get it, we all have preferences, but there's no magic answer for everybody. As, I know you WELL know from your years of experience in run specialty. #RunChat
