What William Shatner learned when he briefly went to space.

"I did my share in popularizing the idea that space was the final frontier. But I had to get to space to understand that Earth is and will stay our only home. And that we have been ravaging it, relentlessly, making it uninhabitable."

Kasie Hunt of CNN asked Sen. Ruben Gallego what he would say to Sec. of War Pete Hegseth if he had a chance:

“I think, No. 1, you will never, ever, ever even be half the man that Sen. Kelly is,” Gallego said. “You, sir, are a coward..."

What's wrong with these people?

At this point X is like 1950s Vienna, a whole place made up entirely of spies, running ops against other spies, with no non-spy people. Or maybe like a 1971 Black Panthers convention where 3/4 of the attendees are conintelrpo.

What Pam Bondi and Lindsey Halligan did was not incompetence. It was intentional misconduct. They both must be disbarred.

As the holidays approach.. here’s some reminders..

1. Don’t push people who turn down alcohol or food. A simple “Is there anything I can get you?” Will do.

2. Don’t push people, especially children, for physical contact.

3. An Uber or Lyft will ALWAYS be cheaper than any DUI

Not having to live every moment like they're one step away from losing their home seems to work alright in plenty of places.
I suspect that if we interrogate this further, we'll find that people want more/better safety nets, not cash savings. A heavy lift, but at least it amounts to a galvanizing political project. Make Beef Cheaper, by contrast...

Very bad people are pouring billions into far right propaganda to try to radicalise you and it hasn’t worked.

You’re unfuckwithable.
