For the last 20+ years I've had intense brain fog, affecting my ability to do much creatively. Covid made it worse. After various diagnoses and meds it started to clear. In the last 3 months I've been taking supplements and I'm thinking as lucidly again as I did in my 20s. Watch out maddafakkers!
