Was able to confirm my insurance doesn’t pay a penny on my med in this new year until I’ve paid my deductible, and furthermore, I don’t even get the negotiated price with the pharmacy. So my normally $100/mo med is now $987/mo for the next few months. That’s with a manufacturers discount too. 😢🤬

First insurance premium of the year got deducted from my bank today. I’m a contract employee (provide my own ins.), didn’t have an ACA plan originally (wasn’t subsidized), and my monthly premium went *UP* by ~$500/month. 😢🤬
