Adam having power made sense as he's first man, so if he wasn't menacing nor had an army he wouldn't be that much important in the show in my opinion, but Vox needed more power because he never knew when to take a step back back away from more power which was his downfall

Kind of like Vox, like they are so full of themselves that they can't realize when their goose got cooked, at least Vox was revealed to undermine and kill for his own selfish goals, with Adam it seemed personal, all for him to die in the end

True, Charlie picked a fight with Adam and technically sped ran than extermination date which lead to Adam dying and Sir Pentious making the ultimate sacrifice for everyone, but I think Charlie is easy to play because anyone can get under her skin with ease

Plus Charlie is the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith so exterminating Charlie would lead to dire consequences that the angels wouldn't want to deal with

That does make sense, like there's a hierarchy that needs to be protected and maybe Lilith is protecting Charlie or someone else, and it'll get revealed by like episode 5 or 6 in season 3

It would be funny to watch

I'm thinking someone in hell was fine with the exterminations but decideded to take a vacation whenever they happened, and that Lute and Lilith are working together, but with Lute being Lute anything could happen

I'm more intrigued with Lilith interacting with Lute more than anyone else because they seem to have an agreement in the works

Like you said, with season 1 could've been standalone but work how season 2 ended with Lilith returning Charlie's call, I think the next season could be bigger especially if Lucifer and Lilith meet up again

Season 2 felt alright, but I think seeing people in heaven panic a bit more would've been better, but season 3 should hopefully be better as there's a lot to follow up with after the season 2 finale

I hope season 3 is better, but I also want Angel to finally be free though I hope Lilith is utilized well in season 3 as well
