Goddamn, I don't know if it was dysphoria, or anxiety, or stress, or some fucked-up cocktail of all three, but I had a few days this week where it was genuinely hard to breathe at times because I just felt Suffocated.
Glad to say tonight that I think the feeling has passed and I'm on the upswing!
