It’s pretty much clock work at this point to throw money at things before elections so that maybe people stop hating you less and are incentivized to want to vote for you . . . But if we’re gonna do that, then I hope that same amount of money goes towards the colonias in SNM who really need it too.

I think when you go through big stuff overnight and then longer term, it's like the magician pulling out a tablecloth trick. Maybe everything lands back the way it should, but sometimes everything goes flying. Your priorities can get shaken up and it affects how your brain and understanding grows.

I dunno but I’ve reflected & interrogated on things my grandparents had to do so that their kids &grandkids didn’t have to. I’ll never understand being undocumented or immigrant but I understand what it means to live here. I wish other people were honest & didn’t try to make it something it’s not.
