I just overheard someone at the office today saying there was no way they were getting their kid they asked for Christmas (Switch 2 and/or a VR headset) because that was over $1500 worth of presents, lol.
Video game hardware US sales this November (peak period for Xmas) were the lowest since *1995*.
This record low makes sense given the continued Xbox sales crash and PS5's 5th year, but lower Nintendo sales than last year despite SW2 launch is not great.

Last night's biggest surprise was Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic, led by Casey Hudson, who directed KOTOR (and Anthem). Exciting news for lots of people... but Lucasfilm says the studio was founded this year, which means that 2030 is an *optimistic* guess. Maybe it'll be a PlayStation 7 game
