Netanyahu must be secretly funding Iran and giving money to the same terrorists as Iran. He's funding groups that don't want Israel to exist. Netanyahu is stirring a very big pot. No one can predict the outcome of this. It will certainly be very bad and awful for Palestinians.
June 7, 2025 at 10:18 AM
This is unsurprising. Israel is arming militant, radical Islamists to take on Hamas in Gaza. Groups like ISIS etc. Palestinians are being slaughtered by the IDF and Israeli proxies. It makes Netanyahu a supporter of terrorism and funds it. The Israeli government is very, very deep in the mire.

Israel has opened a Pandoras box of horors and it will take yrs to close it. The horors of war will keep Pandoras open, spewing hate. Jews all over the world will be effected by the inevitable rise in antisemitism. This will be very hard to stp. It wont even start to stop all the while there's war.

What Israel is doing in Gaza is going to impact jews all over the world. That's the inevitable rise in antisemitism, maybe on a massive scale. Many jews will pay for what Israel is doing in Gaza. To stop this Israel has got to stop destroying Gaza and its people. Even then it will be hard to reduce

What's happening in Gaza is vile and awful. There aren't really words to describe it. Genocide and starvation. Israel is committing war crimes but they will get away with it as backed by the US.

1.5°C won't stop sea level rise by several metres over coming centuries - review of all latest evidence.
World on course for 2.9°C of warming by 2100, loss of Greenland and West Antarctic ice sheets, 12 metres sea level rise.
www.newscientist.com/article/2480...
Sea level will rise fast even if we limit global warming to 1.5°C
Satellite observations show the ice sheets are melting faster than expected, and slowing sea level rise to a manageable rate would require lowering the global temperature below the current level

🚨 Women are still being prosecuted for abortion in the UK.

I spoke to Stella Creasy about why it’s happening, how misogyny fuels it and why Labour must act. In a frank, powerful and informative interview.

The current Israeli government has actually said that it doesn't support a Palestinian state. That's why Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. Makes Israel an apartheid state.

No. That's the judges roll. If the judges agree with Trump there's no problem. Trump is taking the US down the slope of Fascism. I dislike and have total contempt for Trump and his administration. The people he has placed in control of government, should not be there. Know fuckal about governing.
On a ruling by Trade Court judges that halted Trump’s Tariff game, WHPS Karoline Leavitt accused judges of overstepping their authority.

Judges ruled Trump lacked authority under IEEPA to impose the tariffs.

Umm, No Karoline. The only one overstepping here is Don TACO.

The division of power is President, Congress and judiciary. When anyone challenges Trump's in his over stretch of presidential power. He complains they are politically motivated. He acts like a King which is what the presidents role in the constitution was set up to be. Head of the state.

Trumps taking America towards authoritarianism so Fascism. Becoming a dictatorship is not what people think. That's going to bed one night and next day waking up to Fascism. It's a slope and Trump is sliding down it. He's criticising judges who are part of the division of power.

Starmer saying Britain will be strangers to each other if immigration isn't cut and refugees stopped. That's a paraphrase from Eunoch Powels Rivers of Blood speech.

Reform should brush off the BNP/NF manifestos. If they haven't already. Labour needs to get working class voters back.

The idea that the tories will be relevant in four years is only worth talking about because Starmer is such an imbecile.
The idea that, in four years' time, with both business and consumers used to less friction, UK winning EU defence contracts, Erasmus+ exchanges in full flow, pet passports, easier travel, etc. voters will yearn for a repeat of last decade's trauma is such terrible politics, even for Badenoch. ~AA

What a load of bollocks. Labour attacking working class voters. Starmer hasn't a clue about how many of the working class live. However, I'm still appalled how Starmer is behaving. He's actually worse than I thought he would be.
Zonal electricity pricing.

Ministers braced for showdown over ‘postcode pricing’ in energy market shake-up.

Don't do it. Will add £3bn+ to customer bills, Increase fuel poverty & business costs, hike energy industry profits, hinder development of national infrastructure.

Instead, end profiteering

Here’s the thing. Labour don’t offer anything right now. It’s just more status quo. More of “the blob”.

Reform offer something different. What they say is palatable thanks to decades of shifting the Overton window their way. This isn’t a surprise. It was inevitable. We need to fight back.
