At the old terminal by the T Rex there was an exhibit about the first Pittsburgh International Airport called “Yesterday’s Airport of Tomorrow” which could have gone for that one too.
Pittsburgh has a new airport terminal. To me, it's the most important travel story of 2025. Not because the old one was too big and inconvenient, but bc it was a reminder of one of the worst corporate backstabbings in U.S. history.

The Feel-Good Transportation Story of the Year Comes From the Last Place You Might Expect
After US Airways left Pittsburgh high and dry, yinzers finally built an airport on their own terms—and it’s incredible.

Pitt needs to get possession of the kickoff and get like two first downs and neither seems likely at the moment.

Start covering parking lots, roof tops, hell even bike paths and side walks. The space and tech are there.
One ~182km x ~211km solar thermal plant could provide all of America’s electricity, including a fully-electrified land transport sector.

100% clean power from just 0.39% of U.S land.

That’s why renewables are constantly under attack from the fossil fuel industry and their paid mouthpieces.
